Will it work with my iPhone?

Yes. HENAURA Fold is MagSafe-certified and works with every iPhone from iPhone 12 through the latest iPhone 17, including all Pro, Max, and Plus variants. Older iPhones (11 and earlier) charge wirelessly at 5W.

Does it charge at full MagSafe speed?

Yes — 15W on iPhone, 5W fast-charge on Apple Watch, and 5W Qi on AirPods. Use a 20W or higher USB-C Power Delivery adapter to get full speed on all three at once.

Does it come with a wall adapter?

No — and that's on purpose. Most customers already own a fast USB-C adapter. Skipping it keeps the price lower and the package lighter. Any 30W USB-C PD charger works.

Is it really TSA-friendly?

Yes. Folded, HENAURA Fold is smaller than a passport and contains no battery — it's just a charging pad. You can fly with it in your carry-on without restrictions.

How long does shipping take?

We ship same-day from our US warehouse. Most orders arrive in 2–5 business days. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Shipping is free anywhere in the US.

What if I don't like it?

You have 30 days to return it for a full refund — no questions asked. Within the first year, if anything goes wrong, we replace it for free.

Will it fit my Apple Watch Ultra?

Yes. The magnetic puck is compatible with every Apple Watch from Series 1 through the latest Ultra.

Can it charge other phones?

It charges any Qi-compatible phone at 5W. Full MagSafe magnetic alignment works only with iPhone 12 and newer.
