Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every order. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return your order

Email hello@henaura.com with your order number and a short note. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Drop the package at any US carrier location.

Condition of returned items

To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in the original packaging and in resalable condition. Lightly used items are still returnable; we'll inspect on arrival.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@henaura.com immediately. We'll replace it free of charge and cover return shipping both ways.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and final sale items are non-returnable.

1-year warranty

In addition to the 30-day return policy, every HENAURA product is backed by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product fails under normal use within the first year, we'll replace it at no cost.
