Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from our US warehouse. Shipping is free anywhere in the United States on every order.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2pm ET on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm ET or on weekends ship the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most US orders arrive in 2–5 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping zones

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.). We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping is included on every order, no minimum purchase required. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses

We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses via USPS. Delivery to these addresses may take an additional 2–3 business days.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows the package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and building management first. If you still can't locate it within 48 hours, email hello@henaura.com and we'll file a carrier claim and send a replacement if needed.

Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, take photos and email hello@henaura.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace the item free of charge.

Address changes

We process orders quickly, so address changes are only possible if the order hasn't shipped yet. Email us ASAP at hello@henaura.com if you need to update the delivery address.
